DAY 2 & DAY 8 PCR TEST – MANDATORY TESTING FOR INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS FOR HOME QUARANTINE. DAY 0 BEING DAY OF ARRIVAL INTO THE UK.

All international arrivals to England must quarantine for 10 days, unless they have a job that qualifies for an exemption. From 15th February 2021, all international arrivals in quarantine are required to take a test on or before day 2 (of their quarantine period), for variant surveillance, and a test on or after day 8 (of their quarantine period).Read more information here

If your traveling date falls on a weekend, please book as much in advance as possible due to expected postal delays over the weekend.

PLEASE NOTE-  IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL FORM, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR BOOKING AND THIS MAY DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER.

How will my package be delivered to me?

All of our packages are either sent via Royal Mail special delivery 24 hours or by DHL Next day service.

Delays are expected over the weekend, due to these companies’ operating hours. Bookings made after 2pm on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday may be processed by our team and prepared for shipping, but please expect an extra day to their delivery schedule. To avoid this, we suggest booking as far in advance as possible so we can organise an earlier delivery.

If your day 2 falls on a weekend and you are concerned about shipping delays, please email us, if you have any arrangements for your package to be accepted earlier during the week or we would have to ship it over the weekend.


In the event of a bank holiday, we will contact you before sending your package to establish if we can send it at an earlier date, if collection can be organised.

How will I have to send my sample to the laboratory?

Each test kit comes with pre-paid polythene wallet, which is addressed to the laboratory. After the shipping bag is sealed, please place it in a Royal Mail priority post-box.

IMPORTANT: After placing your booking, please complete the Mandatory International Arrival Form, a link to which will be in your booking confirmation email. Please be advised that emails can sometimes appear in your junk or spam folders.

To avoid any potential technical issues, we recommend using any of the below time slots, it does not have to be the very first one available. These time slots are not related to your arrival dates/time, they only serve as an organisational tool our for operational system.
